The 3rd PRR resulted in albufeira marina with about 81 sailors from clubs in the Algarve.
On the first day of racing (04/02/2011), there was little wind, had to put off a little to start, but it was still possible to do a race.
On the second day of racing (02/04/2011), there have been wind, a little more than necessary and some waves which forced the inexperienced sailors to abandon the race that day. [...]
